Presently, Corporation “Saedinenie” Joint-stock company has shares in the “Satura” Joint-stock company (Bulgarian – Russian joint-venture in the Lazar technologies), “Balkan Vind Star” Joint-stock company (German – Bulgarian company for producing electrical energy by wind generators and by other renewable sources) and “Tetrachedron Bulgaria” Joint-stock company (Bulgarian – American company in the area of eco- engineering and the new eco-technologies).
